The Shibuya Ikueikai Foundation was founded in June of 1985 through the donation of private property to support the education of children, by the founder of Fukuyama Transporting, Chairman Noboru Shibuya.

Since our establishment, the foundation has provided funding for high school and university students in various ways. including the following: scholarship loans, educational institution support, cultural organizations that promote the healthy developments of youth and education for out-of-school children.

On January 4, 2013, The Shibuya Ikueikai Foundation was declared a public interest incorporated foundation by the governor of HIroshima.

The Shibuya Ikueikai Foundation will continue to carry out support activities to promote education and culture to contribute to the sound development of local communities.
